#### Education

MS in Mathematics at the University of Delaware, expected Spring 2014.BA in Mathematics from Daemen College (Amherst, NY) in Spring 2011.

#### Experience

I have instructed Calculus I (both for majors and non-majors) and Calculus II at the University of Delaware. Students consistently remark that the time they spend one-on-one or in small groups with me during office hours is very helpful to them in understanding the material.I tutored at the Learning Center at Daemen College throughout the four years I spent there as an undergraduate. I worked one-on-one as well as in small groups (Peer Led Team Learning) with students who were taking College Algebra.

I have also been a Teaching Assistant in Calculus I (both for majors and non-majors) as well as Calculus II at the University of Delaware. I was responsible for running review ("discussion") sessions every week in which I addressed student questions, guided student solutions to homework, as well as prepared review material for exams.

I received a 2250/2400 on my SAT and a 5 on the AP Calculus exam. I have taken Calculus I-III, Linear Algebra, Discrete Mathematics, Modern Geometry, Probability/Statistics I-II, and Advanced Calculus I-II.

#### Hobbies

I enjoy reading (specifically Sci-fi and Fantasy books), playing video games (mostly role-playing games), and I take care of various plants and two cats.### Inquire about this tutor
